Herman Keiser, Jr. (Director of Golf School)
One of the most experienced golf Instructors in the Northeast.
As a player, Herm has won tournaments at the High School, College and Professional levels. Playing #1 man on his Norton High School golf team in Barberton, Ohio, he led his team to the 1964 Ohio State High School Championship. While attending Miami of Ohio University on a golf scholarship, he was the 1968 medalist in the Mid-American Conference Championship, setting a record of 206(54 Holes). After turning professional in 1971, he won various P.G.A. tournaments in the Northern Ohio section of the P.G.A. One of his victories was the Cleveland Open in 1975. Golf has been an integral part of Herm's life. His father, who was the 1946 Master's Champion, taught him the fundamentals of the golf swing at a very early age. After a lifetime in the game of golf and 39 years of experience as an instructor, Herm has developed what he thinks is an uncomplicated method of learning the game.
Herm is always anxious in meeting all of the students and improving their golf game, regardless of what level they happen to be; beginner, intermediate, or advanced.
