Any cancellation must be 2WEEKS prior to arrival date. Cancellation within 2 weeks of arrival will be charged in full. Full amount will be forfeited if cancellation is within two week of arrival date. Full payment must be made upon check in. There are no refunds after check in for any reasons e.g sickness, family or business emergency or any weather conditions.
30 DAYS PRIOR TO ARRIVAL DATE. If the entire group should decide to cancel or change their reservations less than 30 days prior to arrival date, they will be charged total rooms revenue to the credit cards listed on the submitted rooming list. The golf course will close only due to inclement, unplayable weather. No rain check will given if 9hole are played.
The golf course is not to be walked. Golf carts must be used. Golf carts may only be used for golfing.
Golfer must check in with the proshop before replaying.
No outside foods and beverages are allowed in the main lodge or on the golf course.
There are no life guards at the swimming pool. Therefore, it should not be used by unaccompanied children or inexperienced or non-swimmers.
The client will be held responsible for any loss or damage to the building, equipment, decorations, or fixtures belonging to the hotel, during the client's stay or function at Hanah, due to the activities of the client, his guests or an independent contractor hired by the client. The client agrees to be responsible for any damage done to the premises during the period of time that it is under his control or control of any independent contractor hired by the client. Any property damage will be billed to the client at the replacement cost.
