Catskills is the place where fly fishing was born!
HANAH is the secret spot to enjoy the art.

The Delaware East Branch is well known for beautiful rainbow and brown trout, to be caught by enthusiastic anglers. New York State fishing license is required.

1. The HANAH's best spot for fly fishing is a little section from the behind the practice green, located next to the #1 black tee ground, to the Route 30 bridge. This is the East Branch of the Delaware River and it runs through Hanah’s property.
2. Another good spot is near the Margaretville School. (5 minutes away by car)
3. But anywhere along the Esopus Creek, where there is an access sign and parking, along Rt. 28 (15 min. to 30min. by car) is good.

HANAH is the only Golf Course which allows fishing and golf at the same time for your enjoyment. The only hazard is flying golf balls, especially when walking in the stream next to a fairway.
