NY STATE TRAVEL ADVISORY
Local travel restrictions may impact your trip, including requirements that hotels accept essential travelers only and guests comply with self-quarantine guidelines. Be sure to check the specific restrictions for your destination before traveling or contact the hotel directly with questions.
Preventing the spread of coronavirus is important. Governor Cuomo issued executive orders 202.17 and 202.18 requiring any individual within the state who is over age two and able to medically tolerate a face-covering to cover their nose and mouth with a mask or cloth face-covering when in a public place or business and unable to maintain, or when not maintaining, social distance including when taking public or private transportation or riding in for-hire vehicles. The New York State Department of Health advises all people in New York to keep at least 6 feet distance from others when in public.
Check in/Out: Our staff observe social distancing whilst checking you in and out. Cashless payments will be encouraged. This is not compulsory with cash accepted. Key Cards will be disinfected after each stay.
Public Areas: Remind our guests to observe social distancing and handwashing. Parents must always supervise and remain present with children. We ask that you respect the guidance or advice issued by management and team members. Game room is closed.
In-Room Services: To protect the safety of our guests and employees, our housekeeping service is completely contactless. This means that our housekeeping team will not enter your room during your stay.
For additional amenity requests will be accepted by 10am morning daily such as towels, soap, and shampoo, we are pleased to deliver to the guestroom.
Dining (Limited dine-in service): We are not allowed to accept guests who have the following symptoms or who are exposed to people with COVID-19 symptoms in the last 14 days:
Fever or Chills, Cough, Shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, Fatigue, Muscle or body aches, Headache, New loss of taste or smell. Sore throat, Congestion or runny nose, Nausea or vomiting, Diarrhea.
The restaurant will operate at 75% capacity until further notice. are provided to guests and employees.
Diners must have a reservation to sit down in a facility.
Bar service and seating at a bar will not be available for meal package guests. The bar of a restaurant may open to prepare drinks to be brought to diners at their tables.
Should you arrive after your booking time, we may need to hold you back to a later time to ensure the best possible level of service to all our guests.
When making your reservation, please indicate any dietary restrictions. Kindly note that it may not be accommodating all restrictions and food allergies.
Meal Packages: All menu of restaurant and bar are subject to change without any notice. Prix Fixe menu deal may change a buffet style depends on operation status.
Skiing: For the 2020-2021 ski season, please contact local ski mountain websites for further details. Due to COVID-19 restrictions, limited reservations are available.
